In previous times, when the housing market was in full swing, remodeling was preliminary completed with the homes resale value in mind. When I was working my way through college, I would clean homes for income. It was super flexible with my school schedule. One of the things I notice was that a lot of people’s homes were not set up for their personal use. There was one family, whom I loved dearly that lived in a 3500 sq ft 2 story home. Its almost spring time and it’s a welcome change from our very cold and strange California winter weather. Its the time when the days get longer and we can start going outside and preparing our yards and gardens for summer. I love the beginning of spring when dormant plants and trees start budding. By this time, I can finally catch my breath and relax from the hectic holiday seasons. Yes, it takes me a while!
